Long Title: | ESTABLISHING A STATE TASK FORCE FOR CENTRALIZING INTERNET RESOURCES FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL HEALTH CARE NEEDS FROM DIAGNOSIS THROUGH AGE 13. |
Synopsis of Orginal Bill:
(without Amendments) | This Resolution creates a State Task Force for Centralizing Internet Resources for Children with Disabilities and Special Health Care Needs from Diagnosis through Age 13 (the “Task Force”) guided by the Governor’s Advisory Council for Exceptional Citizens (GACEC). The Task Force shall study the needs of children with disabilities and special health care needs from diagnosis through age 13 and gather information and recommend resources for a single master website for use by families of children with disabilities and special health care needs and other interested parties. The Task Force shall present a final report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly within one year of the passage of this Resolution.
